En este primer módulo del curso, estaremos discutiendo los objetivos del curso, presentaremos una introducción a las investigaciones de fallas en los laboratorios, se discutirá acerca de desviaciones y las investigaciones de fuera de especificación (Out of Specification o OOS).

Muchos Laboratorios utilizan como guía un “checklist” de investigación.  Este checklist tiene que ser parte del procedimiento de investigaciones de laboratorio.  El checklist sirve de guía haciendo unas preguntas básicas enfocado en varios elementos como el personal, procedimientos, métodos, equipos, materiales, ambiente, entre otras categorías.  En base a los resultados de las preguntas, nos va dirigiendo a la identificación de la causa raíz de la falla.

Se presenta un ejemplo de un checklist.  Cada laboratorio establece su checklist de acuerdo a sus circunstancias, situaciones o investigaciones previas.

Estuvimos mencionando acerca de los laboratorios de control de calidad y el requisito de realizar investigaciones de fallas cada vez que obtiene un resultado fuera de especificación.  Discutimos los términos básicos importantes que debes conocer si laboras en un laboratorio de QC, como, por ejemplo, fuera de limite y fuera de especificación. 

Hicimos una introducción a las investigaciones, los elementos básicos de una investigación, el plan de investigación y puedes ver un ejemplo de un checklist básico que usan los laboratorios como guía para ejecutar las investigaciones.

Cada laboratorio tendrá su procedimiento estándar para realizar las investigaciones de laboratorio.  Una vez comiences a laborar, se te adiestrara en el procedimiento de investigaciones que aplica a ese laboratorio.  Lo importante es que tengas los conocimientos básicos, entiendas los términos y el resto, ¡lo hace la practica!

At the time of registration, the system will request an email and password. These are the credentials you will use to access the course. It is important that you keep these credentials in order to access the course.

Once you enroll to a course, you can access it and learn at your pace, on the time must adequate for yourself. Some course can be accessed completely at the moment of enrollment.  On other courses, the material will be uploaded on a weekly basis.  The course description will provide the details of the course.

You can access the course from your computer, tablet or smartphone.  The material can be accessed anywhere.

The online course can include pre-recorded video, voice-over power point presentation, slides, text and additional reference resources to supplement the course content.

Certificate of Completion can be submitted as evidence of successfully completed the online course.

After completion of course, a certificate of completion can be sent via email.  A certificate is sent a s a link where a .pdf document can be downloaded.

The Course or the Certificate is not a “Certification”.   It is a document that certify that the participant successfully completed the online course.

Biobusiness Research is not an academic institution. Course, Seminars or Workshops are not a Certification, and are not count toward credit college or continuing education.  

At the end of all the modules of the course, a certificate of completion in electronic format will be sent to the email you used during registration. The name on the certificate of completion will be granted according to the name you used during registration.

The Certificate of Completion will be sent via email within a one-week period after the closing date established for the course.  

You can register through the page and have immediate access to the course. Payment can be by credit / debit card, or Paypal account.

If you registered with the option of two Payments, the first payment is made at the time of registration. The second payment will be automatically debited by the system exactly one month after registration. For example, if you registered on August 12, the second payment will be debited approximately September 12.
